Mark Collins

Mark Collins teaches Writing for Environmental Professionals in the Environmental Science and Management Program at Duquesne University. He is coordinator and advisor for the environmental studies major at the University of Pittsburgh. An award-winning writer and instructor, Collins previously worked as a professional writer and writing instructor; he is the author of two books and coeditor of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood: Children, Television, and Fred Rogers, published by the University of Pittsburgh Press. Collins earned his Master in Fine Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. His hobbies include playing hockey and refurbishing old cars.
