Val J. Kelmeckis

Val J. Kelmeckis holds a B.S. in Environmental Resources Management from the Pennsylvania State University and is completing graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has over 24 years of diverse environmental management and engineering experience that includes the performance of environmental water quality studies at Department of Defense munition plants throughout the United States and managing environmental compliance issues at various U. S. Steel Facilities in the Mon Valley. As an Environmental Consultant, he has managed major programs for national industrial clients including the development and implementation of national compliance management programs and personnel training for hazardous waste and underground storage tank programs for a major U.S. Airlines. He has conducted training seminars and workshops across the United States as well as Canada and Eastern Europe.
