Paul M. King

Paul M. King, QEP, is Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Duquesne University. He previously held environmental management and law positions with PPG Industries, Inc., including Corporate Director Environment, Health and Safety and Corporate Counsel Environment Health and Safety. He has also served as Executive Director of the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice.  He holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Duquesne University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. King is Chairman of the Board of the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, a member of the Allegheny County Board of Health, Past President of the Air and Waste Management Association, past chairman of the Chemical Manufacturers Association's Environmental Management Committee, and a member of the Environmental Committees of the American and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He has served as an adjunct professor of environmental law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and has written and spoken extensively in the environmental area .
