John Quinlisk

John Quinlisk offers 27 years of experience in the environmental field. His experience is evenly divided between water issues (wastewater, groundwater, potable water, stormwater) and environmental site assessment & remediation. Additional experience involves underground storage tank issues; spill prevention, control & countermeasures plans; environmental management; and permitting & compliance. His employment includes experience as a consulting engineer, as a regulator and as an environmental compliance manager. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and Ohio and is a Master Level Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). He has held Class A certifications from the Pennsylvania DEP as a Water Systems Operator and a Wastewater Systems Operator. Mr. Quinlisk has served on the board of the Three Rivers Chapter of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers. He has also served as an officer of the Environment & Water Resources Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
