Paul L. Spence, QEP

Paul Spence has over 26 years of environmental management and compliance assistance experience. Paul has held various technical, project management and business leadership roles with several national and regional consulting firms (CH2M Hill, SE Technologies, and GAI Consultants). His career began as the director of a county health department's waste management and water programs. Presently, Paul is serving as Vice President of Corporate Development for GAI Consultants, Inc. in Pittsburgh , PA. He has a BS Degree in Chemistry and Civil Engineering from Union College and a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Duke University. Paul is active in a several professional associations and business organizations.
