In addition to those courses
needed to fulfill the University and Bayer School
of Natural and Environmental Science Core requirements,
each Binary Engineering student is required to
complete the following: Physics 211, 212, 213,
350, and 471; Chemistry 121 and 122; Mathematics
115, 116, 215, and 315; and Computer Science 160
(or an approved substitute) and 308.
Depending upon the field of
engineering that a student elects to pursue, the
Binary Engineering Student may select additional
courses from the following list in order to enhance
his/her background and understanding: Chemistry
221, 222, 321, and 322; Physics 301, 329, 330,
361, 372, 480, and 482. Selection of additional
courses must be discussed with and approved by
the Binary Engineering Faculty Mentor.
